Graphic Designer (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

• Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects to create high-quality and engaging graphics.
• Design website banners, social media marketing posts, and other digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for graphic content creation.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful designs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Be proactive in communicating project progress and potential roadblocks.
• Adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Stay flexible in handling design projects with varying requirements.

Skills Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on web banners and social media posts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a passion for design and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
